Sunny is an independent business consultant focusing on marketing, growth, and venture funding strategies. She has been advising small businesses and startups since 2014, upon completing her MBA at the Schulich School of Business at York University. Sunny joined the National Crowdfunding Association of Canada in 2013 and has helped grow the organization to where it is today.

Previously, Sunny worked as a marketing professional at an IIROC-member investment dealer headquartered in Vancouver, where she helped lead a number of special projects in addition to rebranding initiatives and consulting Investment Advisors on building their businesses.

Sunny has been following the crowdfunding movement since 2010 and sees a lot of potential for merging business, philanthropy and the arts through this fast-growing trend.
