Tarun works as Business Development Officer at the DMZ, Canada's top-ranked university business incubator. He connects startup companies with customers and investors, and builds partnerships with market-leading corporations looking for the newest technology solutions.

Tarun also hosts the DMZ's popular Investor Night series, a rapid-fire pitch session showcasing the best and most investment-ready startups in Toronto. These quarterly events bring together the biggest angel and VC groups in southern Ontario, and have resulted in a number of successful funding deals. Tarun previously worked as a journalist and has been published in a range of political, economic and social magazines. He also enjoys rock climbing and salsa dancing.
